Try to break it up into small steps if you have time.

tackle venue and guest list, then move onto food or flowers or photos.

    good luck!

Take time away from wedding planning sometimes to just practice self care and give yourself a break

I was extremely overwhelmed in the beginning too. What I ended up doing was breaking down my budget and seeing where I could cut costs that could be saved instead of spending. So, instead of those Starbucks runs, facials and nail appointments I would move that money every week to a separate bank account to start saving. And then I started taking on extra work, so I just got a check back for working as a teacher, and am working on extra projects here and there to help pay for the wedding. It's also helping me focus on something that isn't the wedding so I'm not overwhelmed.

Then when I get a good chunk of money saved up, I book the next thing on my checklist. You've got this, just breathe and take it one step at a time!

Ultimately it is going to be stressful because I think that's what men we have an idea of the perfect day and there's always going to be setbacks. I didn't realize how much venues can cost just to have a ceremony so some of the places I really wanted to go to I couldn't justify the price. Definitely try to prioritize with whitening and then cut back where you can. Like some of the other lady said definitely space things out but also if you do have a bridal tribe maybe ask them for some help?

Take one day at a time and one task at a time. What really worked for us was saving each week. We got money taken out of our account every Friday directly to savings so it was like it was never there. The second thing was picking one item to purchase each month. Once I knew set and stone the decor, theme and touches I started saving items on Etsy and narrowing the different shops and items I wanted. I’ll purchase an item each month or whenever I got the notification it was on sale. That was a big help!
