I tried on the lace one, the other is only available online as they discontinued the style. I tracked down someone online selling it in my size. It’s similar in style to what I wore for prom so I have an idea of how it would look and love the bling. The reception is on a giant deck by the lake my aunt mentioned the tulle skirt may be easier to move around in at the venue. My only concern with the beaded bodice is that it may rub my under arm, but I think I would survive and plan to have a back up dress if I want something lighter on. The lace dress is beautiful but will likely be a pain to have hemmed.

Oh for sure the first one! I also kept coming back to that exact same dress when looking for a second gown for my overseas ceremony. The lace looks so wonderful on you as well. My own gown of a similar style was quoted for $1,000 to have hemmed but it was also mine has pearls and beading all along the lace appliqués so that was a factor for me. Is it just the bodice on yours that has the beading? Cuz otherwise I don’t think just moving the lace would be tooooo too expensive
