Get some zit cream!! I like terminator the best. I'd put a big glob before bed and rub some in after you shower in the morning.

Stop touching it! Your skin will continue to be inflamed if you keep squeezing it. Just let it heal and don't touch it.

Neosporin and a bandaid over it- it will be 10x better in the morning!

Blind pimple? Like Stevie Wonder blind or nah? Make a paste of uncoated aspirin (1 or2), add a few drops of hot water. Then put it on your pimple overnight.

Tea tree oil? Dilute it first with water (1 drops of oil and 8 drops of water) , apply to a cotton ball and apply to pimple for 10 min, rinse your face, then moisturize so it doesn't get super dry. (Googled this) I have used tea tree oil for other things and it hasn't failed me yet.

Oh god stop squeezing! Use a warm compress. If you can, see a dermatologist for an injection to the inflamed area.

Ut oh. I'd stop with the squeezing and let it calm down a bit.

Try a combo of milk and honey. (let it sit overnight)

They both combat acne and should bring relief.

If it is cystic acne. Different than just a blind pimple. Contact your Derm. They can do a cortisone shot and this will alleviate it within few hours.

Good luck, try not to stress too much!

Ice the area. It will help the inflammation to calm down.

Try a hydrocolliod patch. These guys work best: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/s/ref=is_s_ss_i_1_5?k=cosrx+acne+pimple+master+patch&sprefix=cosrx but you can buy ones in store (use Google to find brands and stores that sell them). Wear it over night and when you wake up do a dab of tea tree oil. Stop picking at it! No more popping or squeezing. It will take longer to heal. If you have the spare cash visit an esthetician and they'll zap it like pp said.

No more popping! Blood coming out is not okay, and your skin is warning you that the zit is not ready to come out yet. Also, a lot of spot treatments will dry out the spot, but you want to make sure you are focusing on healing and calming rather than drying and sucking it up. I learned this the hard way.

First, def stop touching it. When you go to bed at night put rubbing alcohol on a bandaid and sleep with it on a coupe of days it should be good as gone. Hope it helps!

Put some Windex on it!! [Sorry, couldn't resist the Big Fat Greek Wedding reference...]

I agree with all PPs--stop irritating it, and let it calm down; it will be 10X less noticeable once you stop poking at it. And if it's still there on your wedding day? That's why god gave us makeup. And Photoshop Smiley smile Good luck!

Ice it! Try some alcohol to dry it out-- just for 1 day! Then, keep your face washed and apply some zit cream that has a moisturizer it in to keep your face from becoming dry.
