Help I have a blind pimple 4 days before my wedding day, I've tried hot compress, cold compress, squeezed out as much blood and pus I could, it's still hard and red, what can I do!? Stressed out and So sad!

No more squeezing!! Try not to stress or you'll just make it worse, see a professional ASAP so you have a few days to heal.

Don't touch it! Clearasil always works for me but keep moisture out! Invest in a good concealer.

It honest to God works! I tried it once in desperation because I had just watched My Big Fat Greek Wedding and I was totally out of ideas to get rid of a zit before prom. It dried that pimple out in half a day! It sounds like a joke, but it's become my go-to cure.

@delfina I thought you were joking!

i have one of those right now.

WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT SQUEEZE IT.

Put medication on it constantly. The point is to get that sucker dried up. I use Neutrogena stubborn acne treatment and I reapply reapply reapply.

And don't forget to moisturize as well.

IDK where I ever saw this, but if you put a dab of toothpaste on it and sleep with it, it's dried out the next day. I hate having those zits that hurt and never surface.

Stop touching it!!! Ice it for about 5 minutes, then wait a while and ice it again for 5 minutes. Apparently, you can do this repeatedly for about an hour and it should help. If it is still hard and red, it is NOT ready to come out. Once it does have a head on it, you can draw it out with warm compresses and then pop it, but for now you are just going to make it worse if you keep picking.

Honey is the best thing ever! Plop some on and leave it overnight. Honey fights bad bacteria and can be mixed with almost all of the other suggestions

Call your dermatologist. sometimes they can give you a shot and make it go away in situations like this.

Not sure if you are trying to get more stuff to come out but I just bought the Mary Kay charcoal mask and HOLY MOLY it makes zits that I didn't even know I had appear. I put in on a cyst and it came to a head. If you are just trying to make the red go away I would say Neosporin as much as possible.

Ice, put toothpaste on it overnight. Make sure you use the white toothpaste and not a gel. This will help dry it out and shrink it. Then make sure it is moisturized during the day so it doesn't get scabby or flaky. I get a lot of huge, painful cyst like zits (I'm assuming this is what you're meaning by blind zit) that don't come to a head but leave a big red bump and the best advice is to just leave it alone. Popping it will irritate and damage the skin and you'll be left with a big scab from scraping tissue off trying to pop it. Good luck!!!

    1) stress pimples suck and feel so huge and painful 2) if you have sensitive skin it, the white toothpaste can actually do more harm. I tried it and it actually made my skin peel off and felt/looked like rug burn for a few days. It was on my chin.

I would ice it and then try to leave it alone and do some exercises and stress relieving things. Yoga, meditation, running, and drink a good amount of water but don't Water log yourself.

I heard use a clove of garlic and rub it right on the zit (do it before bed) and wash your face right when you wake up in the morning. I haven't personally tried it, but other people say it's worked for them.

I know this may sound crazy but duct tape. I'm not kidding. It will do one of two things. Either make the pimple come to a head or dry it out.
