HELP: First Dance and Father Daughter Dance Songs?

Does anyone have any ideas for both of these that are not extrmely over done? I am looking for something more unique than rhe standard cheesy played out songs. I like all generes of music.

Here's what I was considering but FH doesn't really like.

First Dance, Wade Bowen-Who I am, Ingrid Michaelson-The way I am, Jason Mraz- I won't give up, David Gray-Be Mine

Father/Daughter-Natalie Merchant-Kind and Generous, Mozella-Thank You, but I think these might be hard to dance t? I really love the words though since I am so greatful and appreciative for my dad and all he's always done for me.

    My dad and I are using Paul Simon's "Father & Daughter" (not too typical as it is not even that slow a song but really sweet). My FH and I are using the Beach Boys "God Only Knows" (pretty standard but it has been my favorite song since I was a kid and FH is HUGE Beach Boys fan too). I always thought "Danny's Song" would be a good first dance too

    My dad and I are using Turn Around by Harry Belafonte, its a pretty old song that is way cute and very unique.

    Our first dance is going to be Dannys song by Logins and Messina

    There's a song "I Loved Her First" by Heartland I think, for a father/daughter dance. I couldn't listen to the whole song when I first listened to it because was tearing up. Oh that song is a country song. I'm probably picking "When you Say Nothing At All" by Alison Krauss for our first dance. There are so many options so it's hard to choose!
