Help. Do I have to have my cousin in my wedding?

My fiancé and I want a small wedding party really bad. We have already picked them for each side of people whom we love and are very close to. I was in my cousins wedding, but she was horrible during it, and I never felt like I was supposed to be there. Her and I have never been really close, but we are the only girls on my moms side. I don't know what to do. My aunt (not even her mom) is giving my mom and I a hard time so I don't know what to do. Any advice? When I talked to my cousin she seemed totally okay with it.

You have no obligation to include her. You may end up regretting including her later (lots of brides on here have bridal party regret). Perhaps she could do a reading insteead?

You pick your wedding party, no one else. If you don't want her in it, then don't. Just because you were in hers and just because you're the only girls on your side doesn't mean you are obligated to have her in yours.

Don't ever pick someone you don't truly want. Trust me it only leads to problems.

If your cousin is fine with it, I'd like it go and ignore what others say. Just because you were in her wedding doesn't mean she has to be in yours.

Choose people you really want in your wedding party. Don't include anyone out of a feeling of obligation, it never seems to work out well.
