Can someone who has experience with cocktail receptions help out? How long is the typical reception? We are debating on ending at 12am or 11:30pm. Please check out my timeline vs coordinators timeline. She added an extra hour in, not sure if its needed. I'm worried that there is TOO much time budgeted for food and we're only serving appetizers. I dont want guests to get bored and leave early.
