Depending on how long you have until your wedding I suggest waiting for Black Friday sales. I got my dress at a steal from a boutique store because of Black Friday

You can also call local stores and ask if they have any sample sales or trunk shows coming up. Sample sales are usually cash and carry that day, as is, but you can get killer deals on dresses. Trunk shows will feature a designer’s new line, and will offer a discount if you order one that day.
