Having Dress regret

So I went dress shopping back in May and absolutely fell in love with this dress. Excuse my purple bra straps. This was the 4th dress that I tried on and was like oh yea this is it. The picture does absolutely no justice for it. Thing is I’m starting to think that as a 44 yr old bride I should have...
So I went dress shopping back in May and absolutely fell in love with this dress. Excuse my purple bra straps. This was the 4th dress that I tried on and was like oh yea this is it. The picture does absolutely no justice for it. Thing is I’m starting to think that as a 44 yr old bride I should have picked something else. Like if a younger me was getting married it would be more suitable.


What are you guys thoughts. Should me as an older bride have went with something a little less puffy?

    I was 44 when I got married (1st time). Only for a second did I doubt if I should wear an A-line/ballgown at my age. Happily, my smart soul yelled, “Yes you can!!!”

    Forget about your age. I will be 49 when I get married and I am wearing white and a dress that does not look matronly. This is your day, you can wear whatever makes you happy. The dress is beautiful btw, and looks lovely on you. Smiley smile

    I felt the same nervousness when I purchased my dreads, but you look stunning!! No matter what age you are, if you got it you should flaunt it! And I’m sure that dress will blow your partner away
