Having Dress regret

So I went dress shopping back in May and absolutely fell in love with this dress. Excuse my purple bra straps. This was the 4th dress that I tried on and was like oh yea this is it. The picture does absolutely no justice for it. Thing is I’m starting to think that as a 44 yr old bride I should have...
So I went dress shopping back in May and absolutely fell in love with this dress. Excuse my purple bra straps. This was the 4th dress that I tried on and was like oh yea this is it. The picture does absolutely no justice for it. Thing is I’m starting to think that as a 44 yr old bride I should have picked something else. Like if a younger me was getting married it would be more suitable.


What are you guys thoughts. Should me as an older bride have went with something a little less puffy?

    I completely understand. This is the first marriage for me and my fiancé too (he’s 43). People keep asking why we are going all out — because we’ve waited so long to meet the right person and have the wedding of our dreams. Plus, we’re only doing this once. 🤣🤣 You’re entitled to live out your vision ... and if your dress is any indication, your wedding is going to be beautiful! Many blessings to you and your fiancé! 😊

    The dress looks great on you. Personally when I think of choosing a wedding dress I feel it should reflect your personality or sense of style, not so much age. If you love it and it feels comfortable on you, I say you chose the right one Smiley smile

    That dress looks amazing on you and if you're happy and in love with it then there is no need to change it at all. Puffiness in the dress has no age attachment!

    Girl, heck no! Who cares about your age? You look better than most 20 year olds would in the dress. It's very, very tasteful with a hint of sexy. If you had your moment in that dress, it's the one so forget your worries love! I wouldn't have even been able to guess that I was looking at a 44 year old bride. Brides that are older than the traditional mid 20s deserve to wear their dream dress as well. So elegant and beautiful! 😍
