Have to change venue

My daughter invitations are printed and have arrived. Now we find out the church air is out and they have an asbestos problem. Invitations have not been mailed out but they are to expensive to reorder. Thank God we located another venue to . What can we do besides ordering new invitations?

This happened to my daughter as well last year during Covid when we also had to change venues. We mailed original invitations (they were too pretty/expensive to reorder). Then we had "Change of Venue" postcards made (through Zazzle) and mailed them 2-3 weeks after original invitations were sent (using postcard stamps to cut costs). I think unintentionally it also served as a date reminder and RSVP budger without directly stating so, as everyone RSVP'd and came to correct venue with no issues.

Depending on where you printed them maybe you can get reprints? I was able to get reprints from Shutterfly.

I think ordering "change of venue" postcards is perfect!! You can go with a way more affordable print and still give your guests a hard copy of the new venue information! 🖃
