Has anyone used FiftyFlowers to diy their wedding flowers? I would love to hear you experience. How was customer service, shipping, was it difficult to DIY the arrangements etc.

Haven't used them for a wedding but for a birthday gift. The customer service was great, shipping was quick, even with Covid. The instructions online are very easy to follow for arrangements.

Yes! I had a great experience with them. They sent me a ton of care information, and everything shipped on time, and they suggested shipment dates for each flower based on their needs, and my flowers were in great shape. They arrive “sleepy” and they sent info for how to process each type, as well as calling after delivery with care instructions. They were also reachable via text if I had any questions — so I was really pleased with the company !

It was a good bit of labor and a bit of a mess (need space and buckets and to trim every stem etc) but aside from being time consuming , putting the arrangements together was pretty simple. Take help— I did all the arranging but I needed some extra hands when it came to using floral tape and ribbon wrapping/pinning bouquets. I watched a couple YouTube tutorials, which was useful, and I also bought a couple grocery store flowers in advance to practice to make sure I felt comfortable with it, so I’d recommend that too! (It also helped me figure out what flowers to order)

We used FiftyFlowers for centerpieces and aisle decorations and left bouquets/boutennaires to a professional (since those flowers would be most photographed). The customer service, shipping, state of flowers upon arrival, and prices were outstanding. We saved $1000+ using Fifty Flowers instead of professional for everything. It was a fun bonding experience for all involved putting arrangements together. Several guests even asked if they could take arrangements home.
