I don't know what to do. I've already been on the phone for 2 hours with Macy's, and I STILL have a suspended account. I never entered my password wrong, it just didn't let me log in one day. The address have not been changed, and the people at Macy's have been able to change information for me but cannot get it in unsuspended or unlocked.
Has anyone else had this problem with their website, or is it just me? How did they solve the problem? I had two people ask me yesterday where we are registered, and I want to make sure beyond a doubt that we have not be hacked. :\
