Has anyone got wedding dress from Cocomelody?

I thought cocomelody was a knock off site 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes!!! I did! No they are NOT a kick off site, they are legit. The prices are less expensive cause they design it overseas. I went to the showroom in LA. My dress was already delivered to me and I am currently getting some alterations done. I LOVE my dress! I definitely recommend them! If u by LA and can go in person, that would be helpful but it’s definitely fine to order online as well. My dress is a freaking dream and it’s the ONLY place I saw that had the type of dress I wanted (for under $1000)

I bought mine from them as well. Not a knock off site. The material of the dress is amazing and definitely does not feel cheap. I bought mine at the LA store but I've heard good things about ordering online.

So can't WAIT to purchase my gown from Cocoa Melody! We're going to take a weekend to drive out to the LA store to try on dresses. Even if I didn't have access to the store however, I would still order from them online because they are very reputable. LOVE Cocoa Melody!

Buyer beware... they don't take returns even on non-custom/standard dresses.

Do they copy designer dresses?

I got my dress from cocomelody. I live near their LA store so I was able to try on some dresses. I fell in love with a dress they had on their website and when I tried it on, I knew I had to have it. The price was reasonable and I ordered last month. This is me trying on the sample in the store.

Highly not recommended. They have really bad customer service. My sister went into the store to get a dress customized, but when it arrived in the mail in Cambodia 3 months later, it came in a different color from what she chose. And she would have made do with it if it wasn't such an a ugly color. Emailed their stylist Clay 3 times, no reply. Called them about 10 times. At least. No answer. Now she has to look for an alternative as her wedding is coming up. (Her wedding is in December.)
They FINALLY responded to my sister in late October, BUT only after we started leaving negative feedbacks on their social media pages. My sister was asked to send her dress back from Cambodia to LA for a refund. When we brought the dress back, we were told by their staff that the refund was only 70%. But we wanted a full refund since it was their fault and it was causing so much inconvenice, not to mention my sister had to start looking for a different dress 2 months from her wedding. But the staff told us verbitam, it was, "EITHER 70% OR NOTHING". Rude.
They then deleted my sister's comments off their instagram and block her. They might reply to you on social media in a nice warm fuzzy way but behind closed doors and in private, they do not give a damn. After we left an overwhelming amount of comments, a staff named Abigail emailed my sister that she had to TAKE DOWN ALL THE COMMENTS AND FEEDBACKS ON THEIR PAGE, before they give the other 30% refund.
To be honest, coming from a family full of females and having worked at retail oursleves, we have done a fair amount of shopping, and this is by far the WORST post-sale customer service we have ever encountered. After taking your money, they dust theirs hands off you.
People, what Cocomelody show you and let you try on in store is not the same quality as what you will get after you pay them
