Hair and make up for wedding day

I don't have recommendations, but I'm confused about the second part. Why would you pay for 1 bridesmaid to have her hair and makeup done, but not the other. If you are requiring hair and makeup be professionally done then you should pay for all of the bridesmaids to have it professionally done. If you aren't requiring then you can either ask them if they'd like to have it done professionally and let them know the price or if you want to cover the cost if they do want their hair and makeup professionally done the you can do that too.

Some choose both, some choose one, and some choose to do it themselves for both. They were also the ones responsible for the cost of whatever they decided. If you are making it mandatory then I'd pay for both. If you are giving them a choice then they can either way for it or you can come over or the other. I didn't have the budget to cover the bridesmaids, my mom's, my grandmother's and the flowers girls' hair and make-up.
