As of now- i hadn't planned on wearing a bra- but i'm wondering if that will help. I took a selfie last night and was not a fan of the view.

Any suggestions? Seamstress has already taken in as much as she can.

My FH actually requested that I be a big boob mcgee for our wedding. My seamstress was great about making sure we had the dress altered in a way that doesn't make it too chesty. I'm actually going without a bra on my wedding day- which seems crazy to me- not having underwire support scared me at first- but I am so secure in my dress its fine. But it might be something you want to talk with your seamstress about.

From you pictures I can tell you are a big boob mcgee anyway- and your guests will understand that there is only so much you can do about it. You don't look like a beer wench that is trying to be a BBM.. so don't stress about it. Be comfortable- make sure you can dance without popping out and you'll be fine. If you are still uncomfortable with the amount of cleavage - maybe see if they can add cap sleeves- which will help draw the eye up a little.

I think you look amazing, but it's your dress and if you aren't comfortable you should see if there's another seamstress that might have a different opinion. You may also want to consider adding some straps to draw the attention else where. There are several types of straps available that will compliment your dress and you!

Jacqui- i don't think i'm gonna pop out- but the cleavage does seem a little much. Maybe it was the angle that is making it seem worse than it is.

Also- I remember my bridesmaid doing up my dress when i bought it and she did it sooo tight that I felt super secure. Maybe my seamstress just isn't that good at the corset back.

Yea I don't think it's a huge deal then, straight shot is the most important!! My biggest advice is let your photographer know of your concerns, and they'll focus on straight ahead rather than ariel views. If you're concerned about people talking to you and being "distracted" maybe a sheer white/ivory shawl type thing you can throw on while you greet people? Otherwise I just say rock it and just know many women out there are envious of your troubles Smiley winking

A bra might bring them away from the center so much, which might make you look a little less busty. Probably worthy trying one on with it - if it doesn't work, you can always return it (the bra). I really don't think it's as bad as you think thought =)

ETA - I see you've already tried a corset bra, but did you only try one kind? Because there's definitely a difference in comfort.

Have you sat down in your dress?? I had a similar dress and cut. When standing or bending over even it looked great and the girls were well in place. When I sat, it was way too much cleavage with how the boning pulled. I actually went to Dillards and got a Spanx body suit with a built in minimizing bra. It brought me down a good 2 bra sizes so it only looked like I had slightly enormous boobs. I also felt more comfortable all night. It was worth the $40 to me.

A lot of bras make me even more boobalicious. If there is a specialty lingerie shop near you, they might have an expert recommendation to keep you more strapped down. If not, I think you still look great. Most pictures will not be taken from above.

Sorry to hijack, but KM-- was that an expensive alteration? That's what I want to get done to mine. I tried on the bridal sample size 10 when I ordered, which didn't fit because I ended up ordering a 16 (I'm a street size 12ish), and they told me the neckline would come up higher when it came in. Well, the measurement fits around, but I'm pretty sure it's made for someone with teeny tiny boobs, and my boobs are sitting on a shelf that pushes them up to my chin. It's too low cut.

I wasn't going to worry about it too much and try to lose weight, but then I remembered that even when I had an eating disorder in high school and didn't have enough body fat to get a period, I still had a C cup. Sigh.

You're not showing off an indecent amount of boob, IMO.

I showed a LOT of boob on accident... I figured out after my wedding that it sat so low because I'm extremely long waisted and the dress wasn't tall enough to cover any more boob than it did. Luckily, there was never any danger of a wardrobe malfunction because it was a corset and it was tied extremely tight. We did try putting the double sided fashion tape on to hold the "points" of the neckline in a little, but that didn't even last until I left the room I was getting ready in. Wasn't powerful enough.

I don't think it looks bad at all. I used to be big time busty, so cleavage is part of the package when you have it Smiley smile

You're definitely not going to fall out, and you're not even double-boobing. I think the main thing is that there is a bit of distance from your boobies to the fabric, so the girls may wiggle a bit...so I'm team double-sided tape! You look gorgeous, btw.
