With 14 days till our wedding, I've had 6 people say they can't come today. I'm not upset or anything I just laugh it off. Has this happened to anyone else?

We've only had 2 people back out...so far. I feel very lucky!

I had my sister and a family friend change their mind about coming a week beforehand- final numbers were in, their meals were paid for, and they were on the seating chart. But what can you do? The people who were there made it great, and almost everyone I really wanted to attend did.
