How are you brides confirming your guest list? Are you being stern and making sure they tell you yay or nay or do you have a different strategy? I just think guests don’t care about the money we spend to feed them lol..

You shouldn't have done either of them yet, but if you're also not planning on doing invitations or requesting RSVPs then you're definitely going to have trouble getting firm numbers when it's time.
