Guest Book personalization help! Need your input

We have decided upon a drop top guest book and the company has a bunch of options for what names and such to put on the guest book. Do we put our last name or just the first names? How would you write the wedding date? all spelled out or just numbers? We are ordering the wine bottle but have not chosen the text yet.

Anything you go with will be fine.

We did a drop box too. We have our names at the top, last name below that. Then under that we have the date spelled out May 13, 2017

So when researching monograms I read that the bride's initial goes first. However, all of our things has his name first. Do whatever sounds best to you!

Ours says our names in 2 red hearts and our wedding date under it March 10, 2018
