Guest book Alternatives

I have years of experience as a guestbook attendant and I’ve never seen the traditional books get more than a few signatures and the rest are blank pages, even the couple asks for relationship advice and well wishes from the guests and announcements by the dj.


I have seen a couple ideas on Pinterest that could work, but depends on the crowd: you could have an engagement photo or wedding invite in a large matte and have guests sign the matte with scrapbooking pens, or do the same with a coffee table book of a shared hobby or your honeymoon location. A cute idea is to have a photo booth attendant take pictures of guests and put in a scrapbook they sign their names to. They can take home a copy of their pictures.
Otherwise we would definitely skip the guestbook and all alternatives.

I personally had this tree painted and then i had guests do their thumb print. i've seen this in all forms besides a tree and it's adorable! i wanted something i could hang up as art.

That's such a cool idea Macey!! We got an awesome wood cut-out of North Carolina with our names and wedding date on it that we had all of our guests sign. It now hangs up in our house!!
