Groom seeing your trial??

I showed him my trial look. Just to get feedback.

I'm not showing!

My trial has to be done during the weekday so FH will be at work. He won't see anything.

DH went with me to my hair and makeup trial. Heck, we even tried 3 different hairstyles and he gave me opinions on them. It's not like I was in my dress for the trial and like he has never seen me with my hair and makeup done. Also even though we decided on my hair style at the trial, it was much different on the day of the wedding because we added clip in extensions.

I want to look like me at my wedding... So I don't really care if he sees my hair and makeup trial... It won't look much different from how I normally look.

He saw me when I came home from mine and I didn't care at all because A. he would never remember and B. it's totally different when you are in your gown and it's all put together. I ended up changing it all completely anyway and I'm sure he had no idea

I came home afterwards and he saw it. He sees me all the time with my hair and makeup done so its not a big deal. It's when you put the dress on that you are transformed into a bride.

He saw multiple trials and even my actual hair and make up was a bit different. It doesn't really matter....I wasn't going to wash it all off and not enjoy it! Wanted to go out to dinner, etc.

We live together. He's going to see my hair and makeup. Although if I don't tell him, it might not register. :-)

I'm getting mine done during his stag, so I'll be de-glammed by the time he comes home.

Eh, i don't know. I think I will ask his opinion on my hair but my make up....hmmmm...no one messes with me and my make up. : )

Mine saw because I wanted his opinion. I don't wear makeup on a daily basis and I know he likes the natural look, so I needed to know he would like who he saw walking down the aisle to him. IMO it'll be totally different day of when I'm all dressed up.

FH thinks I look awesome all the time. He's crazy, but he'd tell me I look nice no matter what I decide to do. (and he's smart)

It doesn't matter if he sees my trial or not. I wouldn't get an "honest" opinion from him.

It was kind of impossible for him not to see me. we live togther, and I wasn't about to take off all that makeup and undo my hair after I got it done, I felt too pretty at first I didn't want him to see the makeup and hair trial but I realized that it would be entirely different when I'm wearing my dress and veil and walking down the aisle. plus, he loved my hair and makeup and told me I looked wonderful so it made me happy that he saw it.

He saw mine by accident. He walked in when she was just finishing up. Like all of the other grooms I know he won't remember and plus I wasn't wearing my veil so I don't feel it was a spoiled surprise.

My MUA came to the house to do my makeup trial and FH surprised me by coming home early that day. He thought the makeup was beautiful after he got over the initial shock of seeing my bleached blond-mohawked fully made up fierce male MUA sipping on Daquiri's with me while singing Beyonce in the bathroom mirror

I've been wondering about this! I hate to pay the money for the trial and have to wash it all out so he doesn't see it. I'd rather enjoy it.

I do plenty of trials where the groom is present or the bride will show the groom later. In some cases this backfires for the bride when they love the look but the groom doesn't. Unless you are willing to accept that they might not love your desired look as much as you do I would hold off showing the entire wedding look till the day of the wedding.
