Is there any way this can be executed tastefully?? All ideas and suggestions welcome! Our wedding colors are ivory, moss green, and choc. brown. But, with our wedding about 30 days out there isn't much time for such a drastic change! I'm almost thinking fudge it and just roll with it...worse case we'll just look tacky, crap!

Mrs. Hawkins-your DH looks awesome in his tan tux! Where did you find it? I saw online that tuxedo junction had a champagne colored tux. That was the closet to tan they had in the tux.

We got them from Jim's Formal. I think the style is Havana. it is a new style that was released in April. We had groomsmen of different sizes including a rather large guy and they all looked great. You can go to Jim's website to find a vendor near you.

Wouldn't say white/ivory is tacky, but it definitely all comes down to how it's pulled off (which I feel can be said for anything wedding-related)

FH wore tan/beige with white shirts and green ties last summer for his older brother's wedding, all the guys looked great! (to differentiate the groom from GM they had the GMs wear solid ties and groom wore a patterned one based off the same main shade of green)

Here is a pic of my son in the tux. You can see the look a little better. Like the pic Meredith showed, the green will look great. We chose to use stripped tie to match the colors as well.

Mrs. Hawkins-thank you! I've never heard of Jim's, but I'll check out their site!

Meredith- Your FH looks great in the tan and green! That mint/sage green was our original color, but I feel in love with the moss green after seeing it.

Mrs. Hawkins- I love those tuxedos!!! They look great! Fingers crossed there's a Jim's around here!

I think I might it change FH's tux, and keep the 2 GM in ivory, what do you think?

I think that would be nice. Jim's Formal does not have a store front, they are tux vendor for stores such as Jos A Banks. I am sure there will be a bridal store or tux shop in your area that uses them as there tux supplier.

Ah, I see. So, I'll need to inquire to see if our local shops uses this vendor.

Yes, that's easiest way is to go the Jimsformalwear.com and use the find a store feature. Just enter your zip code.
