Do anyone have or know a wedsite to get a grace before meals blessing. Nothing super religious but a blessing for a family member to read?

Thank you but I need it to be more for a blessing to bless the food that we eat my officiant said that's the kind of prayer I need.

Over the lips and past the gums...look out stomach here it comes!

Doesn't your family have a blessing? My family's is "Blessed Oh Lord and these thy gifts which we are about to receive through Christ our Lord, Amen"
His family's is "Come Lord Jesus be our guests and let these gifts to us be blessed. In Jesus's name we pray, Amen."
