Glass Gem Vase Fillers, How Much Do i Need?

We are thinking of going with the Orbeez balls.. and they are super inexpensive for a LOT! And we will probably be doing LED strands as well.

Are you doing faux or real flowers? Those look great! My only wonder is that the glass gems would give the taller vases some weight at the base (I fear being knocked over on the stands). Would these do the same?

From a florist stand point tall vases filled with the orbeez and water are usually weighted enough to handle floral arrangements and they are easier to dispose of afterwards.

Im doing all faux flowers so dont need water....thus my worry about weight.

Are you planning on arranging the flowers directly in the vase or in a holder set on top of the vases?

Directly in the vases.

If you pre arranged your flowers in dishes like this with chunks of florist foam in them you can fill your vases with submersible lights water and orbeez and set them on top they will be easy to transport to your venue and you wont see the stems in your vases...you'll also need less flowers to create a full arrangement with dimension saying you money

You can put your orbeez in icecream pails for easy travel make sure you get long lasting submersible lights pop them in fill with orbeez and water and set your arrangements on top for a little extra stability put a few glue dots you can find at a craft store on the edge of your vase before you set your arrangements on top and they will be good to go for the night
