Getting sick before your wedding inevitable?

Hi date twin!! I just got over a cold too... A lot of vitinm C and sleep did the trick. Hope you feel better!!

Its coming up so fast. I think the excitement of it all wore my resistance down (and being super busy). This cold surfaced the other day. This morning feel really run down and sick. 8 days away! (Yes, rest is in order, but is so hard with all the stuff left to do!) I'm all over the extra Vit. C!

I always stay away from sick people but before my wedding I was extra careful. I told my husband to do the same and to not do anything dangerous. Him and his friends like to play football and he ALWAYS gets hurt. Never fails. He's also not careful about staying away from sick people. I told him if we're living together he better stay away from sick people so he doesn't catch anything and give it to me! I know we all get sick but it doesn't happen to me so much since I take precautions. He...doesn't. Then he wonders why he's always catching colds. *sigh*

I'm pretty sure this will happen to me too. I've already put myself on a once-a-day EmergenC regimen, plus plenty of sleep and trying to cut down on alcohol (wahhh). Crossing my fingers!

It seems like a lot of brides on here have gotten sick before their wedding. My best guess is the stress gets to you.

Yes JP+AP! We went out for dinner last night at my favorite Italian restaurant (yes I ate pasta a little less than a week before my wedding, shame, shame, LOL) but I did skip the wine because I felt the alcohol would wear my resistance down more.
