Gerber Daisy corsages?

I am doing gerber daisies for my wedding and I was starting to wonder... can you do gerber daisies in corsages and boutineers? They're fairly big flowers so would it even look right? And if I can't do gerber daisies, what would I do? I don't have roses or other flowers in my wedding ANYWHERE so to do something other than gerbers... I just think it wouldn't look right. Any thoughts?

    Maybe ask the florist what he suggests. IMHO, and no offense, they are too big for a corsage. It may end up looking like one of those water squirting trick corsages...

    They have mini ones. I think they are called germinis... They are what I am doing for the boutineers.

    they say this is a corsage, but I'd have to add a 3rd flower... no even when this small.

    A gerbera does not hold up well either in a corsage or boutineer. We have used regular daiseys & button poms. They do a little better. My other suggestion as a florist if you really want gerberas is to make 2 boutineers for everyone. One for ceremony & one for pictures.But use a mini gerbSmiley smile

    My maids are carrying gerberas and the florist suggested the same for the groomsmen boutineers to match so they can do it. I'm sure it will look fine.
