Furbabies!!

I'm a cat mom 'nuff said lol

My little Pekingese/Tibetan Spaniel mixed named Ellie will come for pictures but won't be in the wedding. I even got her a little wedding dress and veil to wear for pictures!! I would LOVE to have her at the wedding, but she's crazy hyper and excited around people so she'd be all over the place.

Has your dog been in situations with 100+ people before? That was what made it an easy decision for us to have our dog in the ceremony. She was at our graduation party with 60+ people, my bridal shower with 20+ people, is constantly at dog parks & parks & public places, and she does super well with young children (she is around them pretty often). We did have our pet sitter come to the wedding as well with her dog, I felt like having both of them there to watch our dog 100% of the time was calming for her too and she always had someone paying all their attention to her. Because regardless your focus will have to be on other things on your wedding day even if it's just for the ceremony.

One of the first questions I asked venues were if dogs were aloud because we couldn’t imagine our day without them. Our Ring Berner and the Great Flowernees 😁

Thank you. We couldn't stand the thought of paying a ton of money on favors or lots of flowers. (Granted we're still doing fresh flowers for the bridal party).

Instead we're donating to the shelters that need the money more. Two of the three are county run, so their funds can be cut at any time. The third is a small private rescue made up of volunteers. When we adopted our second dog (the one on the left) from them he had very mature heartworms and the rescue covered the entire procedure ($3000!!) as part of their $300 adoption fee.

We wish! We have a Havanese and he’s the most amazing dog, but he gets really anxious. It wouldn’t be fair to him to make him go.

Ours isn’t invited because he hates when people dance and he’ll try to jump on them 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Sadly, our dogs wont be in the wedding. They get a little too excited around a lot of people. But they will both be involved in our photos before the wedding!!

We are having ours in the wedding. We haven’t decided on who to walk them down the aisle. I’m just hoping they don’t get scared or too hyper.

Where did you get them?

My fiancé and I have three dogs between us (his, mine, and ours lol). We probably won't include them in the ceremony, but I've thought about having them at the cocktail hour! They can meet my guests, and we can have three signature cocktails inspired by the dogs.
