Fur wrap or pashmina for a winter wedding?

Brianne, on May 20, 2022 at 10:15 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 2

Our wedding is in winter (December 10) and up north it can get VERY cold so I want to get some shawls for myself and the girls, and Idk if we will be taking A LOT of photos outside, but if we do I want them to at least be warm.

I’ve been looking into some fur ones (thinking they will be the warmest) but then my MOH suggested some pashmina ones that she used for hers.
Which is all great and dandy, but one, her wedding was in October, which, doesn’t always get as cold as it does in December. So my question is, are pashmina really warm for up north winters or should I just go with the fur ones?

I'd lean towards the fur shawls. There are some pashminas that are a thicker fabric that would keep them warm, but I think a fur shawl would be warmer, and it's usually COLD up North in December!

I’m all about that fur but of course it depends on how your dress looks. But fur would be perfect!
