Friday weddings...Yay or nay?

So I posted about which month would be best earlier today. I got to thinking about October and how we officialized our relationship on October 13, 2013. We have a 3 day weekend for the 13th of October but our weekend is a Thursday through Saturday. The 13th falls on a Friday. How do you all feel...

So I posted about which month would be best earlier today. I got to thinking about October and how we officialized our relationship on October 13, 2013. We have a 3 day weekend for the 13th of October but our weekend is a Thursday through Saturday. The 13th falls on a Friday. How do you all feel about Friday weddings? I'm not superstitious neither is FH so it being Friday the 13th doesn't bother us

    My friends were in a Friday wedding. Worked out for the couple and the guests who wanted to be there.

    My wedding will be on a Friday..I don't think there's much difference but I do love that it's cheaper than getting married on a Saturday and the date I chose is catchy. Good luck with whatever you decide!!

    Friday weddings can be difficult because people still work and there's times some ppl won't show. I b eek invited to a couple weddings on a Friday but never went. I was too exhausted after work.

    I don't consider myself superstitious but I think Friday the 13th would freak me out as a bride, as silly as it would be.

    I would have no problem with a Friday wedding. OOT guests might decline though.

    We're doing a Friday wedding! Our ceremony is from 7:30-8, cocktail hour 8-9, then reception 9-1. Saving a ton of money doing it this way Smiley smile
