My fiancé and I have decided to have a Friday wedding ceremony and reception in summer 2021 for several reasons including price, being able to set up early, and having the weekend afterwards. We were thinking about having the ceremony start at 5:30 & dinner around 7. Is that a good timeline? Any suggestions?

I’d start the ceremony at 6 to give people who work 9-5 more time to change and make it to the wedding

I’m also having a Friday wedding (black Friday so know one has to miss work or leave early) and our ceremony will start at sunset
