Okay so totally personal opinion--I think Unimoons sound awful! LOL I'm marrying this person to spend my life with them--I want them on vacation with me haha.

And again, I have to say, this type of photography is not for me ...

What do ya'll think? Smiley smile

You ever see those memes that goes "Thanks. I hate it."? This is the physical manifestation of that meme.
    So... Thanks, I hate it.

I don't hate the idea of either one but I also don't love it enough to do it myself either aha.

I wouldn't mind that guy's photos as long as they weren't the only photos I have of the wedding. I do kind of like the "behind the scenes" candid quality of them. But I'm paying all this money for a wedding that looks nice, I want some nice looking photos too.

The unimoon thing is dumb. Even if you want to take solo vacations, why do it as the honeymoon? Either do it before the wedding or later.

No to the unimoon. I can do that when it's not honeymoon time.
Yes! To those photos. Pure gold! Naturally I'd like traditional shots too but those are awesome.

WHAT did I even just read. Unimoons? Seriously? The whole point of a honeymoon is to get away and relax with the person you're spending your life with. Save your solo travel for another time. This seems so super weird to me. You just got married and you already want a break?

I don't hate the real-life/candid style photos and they could be a fun inclusion for a couple humorously unstaged additions to the album, but I certainly would not want that to be the only photography of my wedding day.

Personally, I'm not into the unimoon but I know some couples that operate in a way that it would work. I love the photographer idea. My frank opinion is that wedding photos are boring and they blur together. I would still want a couple portraits but I want candid, goofy photos because my FH and I are very weird. Traditional wedding photos do not represent us in any way.
