Forgot wedding website on save the dates

Kelly, on January 19, 2018 at 8:32 AM Posted in Planning 0 14
I forgot to add our wedding website to our save the dates. Especially for the folks out of town I not only want to let them know the date and town but also where we will have hotel accommodations in case they wanted to make arrangements early. Should I add an insert to the save the date envelope or just wait to have the insert in the invites?

Oh no! That's terrible. I hate when things like that happen.

I would go with the insert in the save the date envelopes. Or pass the website by word of mouth to those you feel will want it more than others.

Add the insert to the STD mailing.

I would do an insert in the save the dates. I got an invitation once that had so much stuff going on, it was hard to make out what was what. Or you could ask for their emails and email the information.

Either insert with the STDs or a follow up email/msg with each guest.

I forgot to add it to my invitations so I created a business card size insert that said "For more details visit our website" with the url. It worked out perfect and only cost like $10.

I would just add a small insert to the STDs. You should be able to get them fairly cheap.

I actually picked a STD design that didn't include a spot to put website on there and I really wanted to add that to our STD so I printed out a little paper that I inserted inside that said for more information please visit. and our website.

We added a business card type insert to your save the dates with our wedding website. Worked out fine.

Absolutely the insert, even if it's just a piece of printer paper from home with the link, and you can use the same inserts with your invitations as well
