Ok, need some help with this one. My fh is Mexican and I have Italian roots. Our caterer is more than happy to help us bring a fusion together but he typically does more Italian food.
Give me your best Mexican dishes that an Italian caterer can’t mess up!
Also,
He’s letting us choose our appetizers too. Anything we want.

Has anyone gone though this Italian-mex wedding that can add more insight??

    It would really depend on the caterer, I'd ask them what dishes they are comfortable making.

    Obviously I wouldn’t have them make a complicated dish but I am looking for ideas to present to him. Thank you for the advice ☺️

    We are doing stations. It sounds like that might be a good idea for you to consider. You could do a pasta station and a taco/fajita station, maybe a third to balance it out.

    Would you do just a plain pasta like a penne And have different sauces. It sounds like a great easy idea. Just trying to learn more

    Ours will consist of spaghetti, penne, marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, meat sauce, and then we will have chicken and shrimp as options for toppings.
