People will be driving in for the wedding that starts at 7. Should we have a fruit/vegetable bar to snack on before the wedding

Aw, that's nice of you to think of. Usually people do the ceremony first, followed by a cocktail hour with appetizers there. That gives you time to do a few photos in the meanwhile. If your ceremony is going to be really long, then I might serve a few snacks first.

I don’t think it’s necessary. People will know from the invitation time that they’ll need to eat first or snack to tide over to the reception. Are you serving a full dinner?

It’s a nice gesture but not necessary if it’s out of your budget. What are you serving at the reception? Because it’s so late, are you doing desserts and appetizers only? Not all weddings serve full meals even at night. In that case, a grazing table is a nice gesture because people may not have thought to stop and eat while getting ready to attend the wedding.
