Looking for inspiration for my bouquet, and I would love to see what you all did! Flowers have been one of the most stressful parts of wedding planning for me, since I'm clueless about them, and it seems like there are just so many options! My wedding colors are cerulean blue, sparkly silver, and white.

Did your bouquet match your bridesmaids flowers? How did you decide on what flowers to choose? Did you have a lot of greenery in your bouquet, or mostly flowers? Did you include flower colors that weren't one of your wedding colors? Share a picture of what your bouquet and/or your bridesmaids bouquets looked like!

Thank you for your reply! I love the bouquet that you had! It looks like your florist did a wonderful job creating your bouquet based on your inspiration photo. The bright red is so pretty!

I'm not knowledgeable on flowers, so I don't have a specific type of flower in mind for my bouquet. Pinterest felt a little overwhelming. Since I didn't have anything specific in my search, every picture on Pinterest was drastically different than the last, and it was difficult for me to imagine using any of those for my wedding. We did talk with a florist - he had some ideas, and we were originally going to go with whatever he suggested since he knows flowers better than both me and my fiance. For our original date celebration, I bought a flower arrangement from our florist that was supposed to resemble the overall look of my bouquet, and I wasn't impressed. So now I'm reconsidering letting him come up with the flowers, and I'm trying to start from square one.

I do like your idea of doing a white/neutral bouquet (maybe with some light pink or light blue mixed in for the bridesmaids bouquets?), and I especially like the arrangement in the first inspiration picture you suggested with the white and blue flowers. I'm picky on greenery, so I'll have to order some test flower arrangements until I figure out the greenery. Thank you for sharing these inspiration pictures!!

Super pretty!! I love the orange in your bouquet! I also really like the style of greenery in it as well, that would be the type of greenery I'd want in my bouquet. Thank you for sharing the picture!

I know what you mean! I didn't think I cared about flowers and then that was the decision that stressed me out the most! I just couldn't decide what I liked, but I knew what I didn't like. In the end I got these because while the bridesmaids are in navy blue the theme and accent colors are fall. I wanted the flowers to really pop against the dark dresses. I didn't go for greenery when I found these bouquets with fall leaves.

    My bouquet:

My bridesmaids ones are the same, but smaller than mine. The MOH is an in between size.

Well after the bouquets arrived, we decided to elope this summer since we are pushing our big wedding to next year. As much as I love my bouquet it is so fall-themed that I felt it wouldn't work in the summer. This gave me an opportunity to have a lighter color (I went with peach as a nod to the orange from my original bouquet and my mom's wedding color) and this time decided to add in some greenery. No bridal party this time so just my bouquet.

Of course! I do recommend getting the softener for them, solawoodflowers.com has some and it helps so the flowers don’t break after dying them. They also have a ton of deals going on all the time and there’s always clearance options as well! If you need any advice while you’re working on them feel free to pm me!

That fall-colored bouquet is BEAUTIFUL!! I think it will match the navy blue dresses perfectly. Sorry that you aren't able to use it this year, though hopefully you can still use it for your larger wedding next year! The peach color in your bouquet from this year is a great tribute to the orange. I really like how you can see all of the flowers (that the greenery doesn't "hide" any of them), and also that the greenery is on the outside of the flowers. I am the same way that you were, where I know what I don't like, but no clue what I actually like! Thank you for sharing the pictures!

I believe that is the same website that I had bought a few from when I was testing them out! They had some really good sales at the time, good to know that the deals are frequent. Thank you for your offer of advice, I will be sure to reach out if I run into issues!

Thank you. In the end I googled "orange bouquet" and just looked at hundreds of images until I stumbled on one I really liked which lead me to the company that I ultimately bought my flowers from. Good luck!!

Your flowers look great! I bought sola flowers too and I cant wait to make my bouquet. I bought 2 different pre-dyed assortments so I can have a variety of different shades for my bouquets.

Here's some pics of our flowers - bouquet, boutonnieres and corsages were all artificial. The elopement venue provided some fresh flower arrangements that coordinated with our flowers.

this was my bridal bouquet, and my bridesmaids had smaller version of this with a little more greenery. they were all in burgundy and our groomsmen were in a light gray.
