I love FL, I highly recommend either West Palm Beach, OR Clearwater/Tampa.

It just depends if you like the Ocean or the Gulf better.

I've never heard of them so I don't know if you have to stick to a certain area or not. Hope this helps a little!

I'm in the Tampa area, I know there's lots of weddings out on Clearwater Beach or the St. Pete Beaches.

I'm a bigger fan of either the beaches by Anna Maria Island (Longboat Key) or down in Sanibal/Captiva.

Haven't heard of that company, though, where do they work?

Thanks so much ladies, I've only been to Flordia once and it was the jacksonville area so I'd love input on which beachs are the prettiest, we would like very light colored sand if that makes a difference?

I'm going to look up clearwater and anna maria island right now!

Also do either of you know if there are and lighthouses that could be used as a backdrop? I think that would be so pretty.

The company had these listed.. I am copy and pasting so sorry if it comes out wonky.

If Nancy doesn't show up soon, stalk her on the forums :-) She's an officiant in Florida and will certainly know.

    P.S. Love the cake :-)

Yeah, and Nancy is close to Longboat Key/Anna Maria -- if you're looking for light colored sand that you can actually walk on, I think the Gulf coast would be a much better fit. Those you listed are all on the East coast, closer to Jacksonville. Definitely hit her up.

First, you should learn how to spell "Florida". Second, Florida has miles upon miles of coastlines, so you need to be more specific than the entire state. Regions of Florida vary in cost, culture, and vibe. Some parts of the state are far too hot for a comfortable outdoor wedding most of the year. I think that to get married in a place you know nothing about, you need to be resourceful and have a great team working with you, so if you're serious about this, I'd start narrowing it down and calling vendors.
