Holy cow florals are sooo expensive what is everyone spending on florals? I don’t even want the whole works and it’s still so expensive I’m in Northern CA and keep getting quoted for $4,000 and above I just can’t seen to swallow that price

I went with silk flowers and my flowers for 7 hoop bouquets, 10 boutonnieres and my centerpieces came to about 260ish I believe? I got mine during 50% off sales at Michaels.

I’m more in the east bay in Walnut Creek so I’m not sure if that would be too far to travel!

Hey! I'm in Northern California as well, getting married in Novato (North Bay). Our florist is in Petaluma and is a great deal, in my opinion. We were quoted $2,000 for:

    1) bridal bouquet

    2) 5 bridesmaids bouquets

    3) 11 boutineers

    4) 6 corsages

    5) floral arch

    6) 6 jars for aisleway/ used on cocktail tables

    7) 14 centerpieces

I would see if maybe the extra drive would be worth it to save a few thousand dollars!

I'm in the Midwest (St. Louis). We're paying just under $1k for my bouquet, 4 bridesmaid bouquets (MOH + 3 BMs), corsages, and boutonnieres. Our florist is giving us a 10% "second daughter" discount -- my sister used them last summer, and we loved them. I told them what we were comfortable spending, and they pulled together a proposal that met it, plus some options if we decide to add anything on later.

I'd also suggest looking for a florist that doesn't have a minimum charge. A lot of florists do, but mine only charges a minimum for weddings/events on a Sunday.

I had the same issue! I found a florist that is doing everything my centerpieces, my table, the arch way, my flowers, my girls, and the guys! She quoted me at 1200, but I’m adding a few things so now probably around 1500... I wanted to DIY but I just don’t have the time, unfortunately.
