Anyone planning on wearing/has worn flat shoes on their wedding day?

I've been looking for the right pair of shoes for months and it's starting to drive me crazy. But when I think about all the standing and walking I'm going to be doing, something flat is starting to sound like a good idea. My ceremony will be outside if the weather is nice and I will have to go down some stairs on my way to the aisle... plus my dress is long so they might not show anyway. Interested in hearing your opinions on this.

I bought these exact ones too!!! Plan to wear them all dang day!! I’m pretty petite (5’1) and my fiancé is a foot taller than me, but I cannot be bothered to be uncomfy in the foot region at ANY point!!

I personally find flats so uncomfortable because they typically are not very supportive and some styles tend to dig into the top of my foot. I wore very low (1.5") block heels for my wedding and they were awesome. Much more comfortable than any flat I had ever worn, and because it was just a short, wide heel they didn't put painful pressure on the front of my foot and didn't affect my balance or ability to walk or dance at all.

Not to mention, I just never feel as elegant or feminine in flats. I do really love a low block heel though - to me its the perfect compromise of stylish and functional.
