Ask about fees, what's included, if vendors are included will they set up meetings etc for you, is a day of coordinator included or available - if so at what extra charge. What if it rains (if your outdoors) do you have a back up option. What they allow on site (ex: i know some people like to do a sparkler send off but some properties wont allow that and I've seen a lot of properties wont allow flower petals to be thrown (usually if you're outside). Honestly i would ask any and everything. This is your big day want to make sure you know everything! best of luck!
