View Quoted Comment Based on my first wedding, and what I know in general, the photographer usually wants a ton of poses with the bride, groom, bridal party, groomsmen, parents, etc… so it takes a lot of time to corral and organize all this, make sure everyone looks good, etc… It’s a timely process. I don’t want to miss out on extra time with our family and friends, and def want some of those tasty apps we are paying for!

Hey, My FH is not for it at all. for me I'am okay with it once I understood that you end up getting all the major photos out the way and it allow you to enjoy your wedding more. With us living together for 5 year I want to see the wow on his face and once I seen some first look , I was not feeling it. I'm am with my FH that the traditional way is better and have more of an excitement.

He the first time that I see you is when you are walking down the aisle. I said ok I dont want that either I want him to react when he sees me. We aren't doing a first look but we are planning on doing a first touch. I want to see his raw reaction to seeing me in my dress for the first time walking down the isle towards him. I also want to be able to hold his hand and talk to him before meeting him at the altar. One of my friends did this and posted pictures her photographer took of the first touch and it was so good. So much emotion and love in the moment! My fiancé and I were torn between being traditional or doing a first look. Then I saw what my friend and her husband did and loved the idea. So we are compromising and doing a first touch!

I haven't decided yet on what's best. I need to decide soon.

We are waiting until I walk down the aisle. I want our family and dearest friends to share in this special and intimate moment. I can hardly wait to see his face!!

My fiancé is adamant of not doing a first look. He wants that moment. I prefer to have a first look because I know I will be ugly crying down the aisle if it’s our first time seeing each other.
