First looks who is doing them We are not

Hi Beautiful Ladies! The answer to the question. We are not doing the first look. We love the traditional wedding idea! But we are doing our first touch and reading letters to each other!

This is the Golden question….right? At first, I didn't want to, but he did. Now, he doesn’t and I do. Our wedding is a romantic night event, ceremony is at 7pm. So we are doing 1st look to enable sunset couple photos and photos with our wedding party/parents. We added in cocktail hour and intend to mix n mingle with guests then. This gives us more time to party at the reception as husband and wife. Covid took our nightlife away, so we are using this to re-ignite some much needed fun! Always remember, its your choice! Enjoy!

We are doing a first look and reading our written vows to one another before the actual ceremony. We wanted it to be more private and intimate. Plus I wanted to get his "wow" factor on camera with our photographer instead of down the aisle.

I'm thinking about doing first looks with family members, but definitely not with my fiancé. Not that I believe in the bad luck tradition but just like you said I want him to be wowed when I walk down the aisle or else what's the point of hiding it until then. I think family first looks like for the bridesmaids, groomsman and my father would be cute to capture on camera. Might even do one with my dog lol

We are not planning to do a first look before our ceremony. We want to follow our tradition in that way.

My fiancé and I are doing a private first look… There is a beautiful water fountain across from where we will get married and he will face the fountain and I will come behind him and tap
his shoulder and from there we will share a prayer and then the wedding will begin.

I didn’t even know first look was an option until this post. So thank you for asking because i talked with my fiancée and our photographer and it really helped our timeline and we are 100% doing it. Might be the only part of the day that will be semi-private!

I'm not doing it with my fiance I am doing it with my father and asking his mom to do one with him since this will be her last look at her son before he becomes married and I think it will be awesome since they have a close bond. My dad missed all of my proms so he has never seen me all dolled up so I think he will be floored.

We are not doing a first look! We will both see each other for the first time that day at the Catholic Church when I'm walking down the isle. Our Mass will be at 1-2pm, and then guests will have down time at the hotel until the 5pm reception begins (with a 4:30pm bus to our backyard venue). We will only do photographs during and after the ceremony, no pictures before.
