For the first dance did you play the whole song or just the first verse and chorus?

I think that it depends on the song or how shy/outgoing you are if you cut the song short or dance the entire thing. My fiancé and I still have to pick out our song but we will definitely be taking the song into consideration.

We are doing what my sister did - playing the whole song, but having a gesture for our bridal party when we want them to join us on the dancefloor. You can also tell your DJ/band to ask for the bridal party/parents of the bride and groom/whatever to join you at a certain point in the song.

We are doing the entire song. I’m also inviting all the other father/daughters to dance with us for that dance.
