There's no specific moment I can pinpoint, it just sort of happened!

Hmm. I think there is no specific moment it was like a slow gradual thing lol!

It was happening all along, but I knew H was "the one" when he went and tried to do allergy shots so that he could be around my cats. He's SEVERELY allergic to cats and HATES needles - that cinched it for me. (Unfortunately, he also reacts to the allergy shots, so the cats had to go live with my mom)

I honestly don’t know. The day we met we just clicked and nothing has ever felt more right and amazing.

He bothered to put the shopping cart back in the cart corral! But really, I don't know. I realized I actually wanted to marry him when I was 18 (about four years into our relationship).

As soon as we met in 7th grade- he just didn't know it yet lol

I think it kinda slowly snuck up on me.

I just knew. There was just something there that was different then the rest!!

When I saw his eyes for the first time, and all my plans changed in that instant.

I knew he was the one when I realized how patient he was and "allowed" me the time to grow up a bit/personal development and stood by my side knowing who I could grow into.

I'm not sure that makes sense lol. But i've done a lot of personal growth during our relationship and it has completely changed our vibe as a couple (in a good way)

The first time he played with my son. Then every day thereafter through his actions.

When I saw him I knew, we made eye contact and I knew I could not live the rest of my life without him!

There's not a single moment I can lay my finger on. Just an overall feeling of certainty that just seems to grow.

There's a lot of reasons, but I remember one specific instance when he had finished paying all of his bills and he was still paying for school out of his own pocket and had $5 left in his bank account to spend until he got paid again. He then went and spent $4 and some change to bring me a coffee to work and make my day. That spoke volumes.

When he asked me about my past; not to judge me, but to understand the way I needed to be loved.

We were supposed to explore a cute town nearby I hadn't been to yet, but it rained all day so we went shopping at the mall instead. We had dinner at this great restaurant but the parking lot was behind the building. We got soaked on the way in and the AC was blasting. I mentioned that I wished I had the new jeans I just bought cuz I was freezing in my shorts. Before I could refuse, he said he'd go get them, jumped up and ran to the car to retrieve my bag. I texted my sister and told her I thought I was in trouble with this one. He was soaked when he got back. It was so selfless. He put my comfort over his own.
