Finding my wedding vendors has been easy - true or false?

False. I've had to seriously search for vendors that fit our price range. Getting married on a budget in NYC isn't hard, it's just much more time consuming for the planning process. Just bc of the city we're in, ppl charge more for subpar services. Everything worked out, but it took a lot of searching.

True! I was very decisive when it comes to vendors and booked them waaaay ahead of schedule.

TRUE. My venue has a list of approved vendors, so I didn't get overwhelmed by options.

True and False! Some were definitely easier to find than others...

Mostly true! Photography took a lot, as well as transportation (because I waited too long)

Mostly true. I'm having to look for a florist now. FH had a friend who worked for one, but went to another job. It most likely wouldn't have worked out anyway considering the florist and venue were 2+ hours away from each other.

True! I've had good luck and found some seemingly great vendors

False! I feel like it's the hardest part!!

False! We toured a handful of venues and we loved 2 of the 6 we saw. We showed his mom and grandma the venue that we loved the most. We decided that we wanted to book this venue. After countless days of arguing back and forth with his family, about pricing, we said screw it. We discussed just doing a small intimate wedding in Vegas. Well, that didn't go over well with a few people on his side. His grandmother decided to check out a venue near her and decided to have them hold it for our date. Luckily, we both liked the venue enough to book it and it is more in our price range than the other venues. Now, I am more and more excited to start shopping for DIY fall decorations
