Finally got my post-wedding chop!

I've never thought about doing that but I love your new look! it fits your face shape so well!

I did mine before our honeymoon, about a month ago now!

This post makes me so jealous, I'm so ready to cut my hair. I've never had it this long before, and it's killing me in the heat of the AZ summer. I am seriously going the day after our wedding to get mine cut, since we have a day between the wedding and leaving for our honeymoon. I have enough to donate, which I'm excited for.

And these are my actual curls, they're a little more messy than the curling iron curls!

Chopped mine about two weeks after and donated in my niece's name as hers began to fall out from chemo. DH and all of his brothers (her uncles) all shaved their heads the day after I chopped mine. Never had it this short so it's an adjustment!

I am! I have long hair and I've only been letting it keep growing for the past 6 months because it'll be long enough to cut off and donate after the wedding. My hair had never been long enough for that before so I really want to do it now, but it's driving me nuts and I cannot wait to chop off about a foot after October!!

Im going to get a perm, but i do that anyway every couple years. Might bleach it all out too for extra change

I'm growing my hair out so I can style it the way I want and then will cut it short again after the wedding

So excited for when I get to chop off my hair! I almost thought about squeezing in a hair appointment for the day after my wedding so it could be done before the honeymoon, but decided I would just suck it up and wait until we are back.

I was unemployed for a while after the wedding and I wasn't having any luck finding work, so I wanted to dye mine teal and purple.

Then I got a job, so I'll probably chop instead!

ETA: Not trying to say you can't have teal and purple hair and have a job, but I can't have my job with it. Apparently being a professor means pretending to be a grownup. :-/

@FutureMrsB I was excited when at my new school I was allowed to have colored hair. I probably won't, but it's nice too know I can!

I can relate. I am dying to cut my hair! I have a little while to wait still, but I will definitely cut it after the wedding. Everyone here looks cute with their shorter 'do's!
