Final Sit down with the Venue

Assign a contact person for the wedding day that is not me

What time all vendors will show up and all their contact info

How many tables/what kinds we need and what they are for

How long the venue coordinator will be needed

If we need help decorating/need the venue to do some or all of it

Bridal party arrival times

Parking

Rehearsal schedule

If a receiving line is planned

If we are planning to have a seating chart and the webpage to make one digitally for them

How many guests/chairs

If we are planning a photo booth

And it also has a reminder of venue terms and what will cause loss of security deposit, etc

If you are doing a plated dinner you'll need to let them know what symbol to look for on their place card. If you are doing buffet, do they have lines going down both sides, or do they have staff to help portion the food? Also ask them where they usually keep the gift table and make sure it is away from any exits. Do they take care of saving cake for you (the top tier, etc) for you to take with you? What are their policies on cleaning up the decor, and do they help with it?

I agree with the ladies. As you do your walk through, questions will come to mind that you will need to ask regarding your wedding. Any ideas that you have about your wedding, this will be the time to ask.
