Final Meetings With Photographer & dj

With the photographer, he sent over a questionnaire first which asked if we’re having a first look, what time we’re getting ready, any important details to capture, events during the day, photo list of family members, etc. From that, he made a timeline of the day for me to review. Definitely have a photo list for family pictures, it’ll make it so much easier day of to be organized and get photos done quicker. If you have any special shots you wanna get or any particular poses, I would make the photographer aware so they can make a note of it.

The DJ was really simple. We made our playlist a few weeks ago then when we met with him, we first went over the introductions/toasts/parent dances/first dance. From there, we went through the list we had made to add/delete/move songs around. We started from the cocktail hour went into first dance, dinner music, etc to get the right feel throughout the entire evening.
