Filler - for wedding day

Private User, on May 24, 2018 at 2:10 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 12
Ugh. So my previous post was taken down because it wasn't wedding related. Obviously, if I'm posting on this site it's because I want advice on filler for my wedding day. And this is clearly related to health and beauty for my WEDDING day. There...have I used wedding enough?

Anyways, if anyone has advice for filler for under eyes for dark circles it would be appreciated. Different types of filler and your experience. I'd like to get it done for my WEDDING DAY.

I think you should have used wedding at least ten times. Smiley tongue It's surprising they took that post down considering all the others one I have seen that have nothing to do with weddings, advice for things to use on your wedding day, OR more importantly the amount of times I have seen degrading post towards other brides, but hopeful now you can get some advice.

Same. Thanks to genetics and deep set eyes. No amount of sleep, water or eye cream has ever helped and apparently just gets worth with age. So I figured this is something I need to be okay with or pay with to fix. 🤷😬

I don't have any suggestions unfortunately but I would say to check maybe webmd or an online site that lets you get info from a Dr, dermatologist or plastic surgeon. There might be a good solution that is not ingectable but topical. Good luck with your search.

I'm older and have always had deep eye circles. I did a small amount of Juvederm (eye fillers) and Botox (forehead) about 6-8 months before the wedding because I was nervous about the reaction. Please choose a licensed doctor with outstanding reviews (some hospital doctors now offer, not covered but probably very safe). You are messing with your face. I have to admit the results were great but I panicked the first 48 hours...I've never had any of that done and Botox feels like a severe sunburn--very tight and you may get a headache. And my eyes felt swollen. My hubby had to calm me down. Apparently, these are normal reactions but just be prepped. Eye fillers are also pricey.

Would I have done it again for the wedding as a 40+ bride? Yes. Will I do eye fillers in the future? Probably not. A little Botox once a year or every few years? Maybe. Hope that helps!

Oh okay! I have really dark circles/sunken in bags too and i want them so bad. So this fitness/life coach i followw on IG did the cannula Resylane tear trough filler and they look sooo good, she posted a before and after and she said pain level was 3/4 outta 10 and they last anywhere from 9-12 months. She wasnt sharing fir advertising purpises either not that typa girl. Anyways if i were to get them id do what she did

I have no experience with fillers, but for me Botox was essentially painless, but I bruised a little in my eye area. My NP-injector told me that fillers hurt more and cause swelling and bruising initially. Find a good injector (I used Yelp and drove to the best one even though it wasn't the closest-- it's my FACE after all!) and schedule a consult. Ask EVERYTHING.

Most definitely! I have a couple of consultations scheduled but I'm definitely doing my research and want to find someone I like, so I probably won't make the leap until July or so. But I will let you guys know!
