fh involved in wedding planning or not?

He's very helpful actually. We have the same taste in things. I did all the research and just asked for his opinion and let him look at what I found. He set up the appointment with the photographer and emailed the DJ. We booked the photographer and DJ after meeting with both. He's equally excited!

The big items he was involved with like menu selection and picking vendors.

All the details he stayed out of.

My FH is not super involved but he has been great with going to see vendors and saying yes or no to things, but has not done one stitch of research or offered a unique idea. He has basically given "yes", "no", and "whatever you want".

My fiance cares about the music and food, but that's about it, haha.

My fiancé has been surprisingly involved and knows when to defer decisions to me. So far I've been the one to manage the budget, scheduling, and over all look of our wedding. He's been pretty excited about our venue, tuxedos, the music, and the food. He's also really looking forward to getting his groomsmen their gifts.

Just keep him updated on what you would like, maybe offer an option or two, and let him come to you with that he wants to be involved with.

My FH too doll. Thank goodness my aunt is an event planner and is helping me a lot. But with the small details, I AM DOING EVERYTHING! Lol
