FH and video games

Mine is playing Madden right now

Mine was never into that. He's playing Battlefield 3 right now. He plays for about 6 hours every night.

He doesn't play all day, every day but he still gets plenty of time in nonetheless haha. I try not to look at it negatively either. I tend to get a lot of 'me' time [homework, weddingwire, etc.] in & that works out :]

He plays Madden, MLB2Kwhatever, NBA2Kwhatever, all the sports games mostly.

My FH does play everyday. haha. I don't mind it though. I do get a lot done though while he is playing! He's not really into the sports games, but mostly the shooting type ones. He used to play Call of Duty all the time.

He plays Madden12 right now and got the seahawk code with the razor I bought him and he is waiting on ww12. I try not to be to upset when he plays as I'm usually at work when he does

My FH doesn't play video games, but he's managing his fantasy teams about as often as I'm on WW!

It really only drives me crazy.. when it blows crap up and i keep We Lost the Lead.. We gain the Lead.. or those crazy 13 years thinking they are tough $h!t.

Mine is also playing Battlefield 3 right now lol he doesn't play too much though

It is good "me" time....

Haha. He is always yelling when someone messes up or something. He talks with his friends on skype while playing a game with them.

@ Caitlin M- Lol. I look over every now and than and watch. It's a cool game, but I would never be able to play. I tried Call of Duty and it didn't work out. It is a good time to have time to yourself.

We both like to play video games. FFXI is a huge one we played. We never have time to play anything anymore though..we work too much. :/ But I enjoy watching him play even when im not playing...sometimes its funny cause he get mad at the TV and starts shouting and moving in his chair..haha MEN!

Mine plays, but really not that much. Maybe 3 days a week. He is super busy with work and grad school!

OMG my FH could play for hours. I get so upset when he spends that many hrs online with his friends. At one point this was m relationship

FH would come home at 6pm FBIL would call as soon as FH walks in the door to play with his 2 other friends. FH"Hi Baby (kiss) Hi boo boo-son(kiss) then he tells FBIL give me an hr. His food cooked. They at 7pm he would pla ignore me and our son til 11pm he shuts it down cause everyone goes to sleep for work. It was like this for 2 weeks straight. I am a stay at home mom and being home is a hard job. I do get stress out and when FH gets home I expect him to sit down and have a conversation with him and ask me wh I was upset now that he has the time to talk instead of me calling him and getting mad. But noo. I was so overwhelmed and drained out. I then told him he has to stop with the video gme. I cook and i expect him when he gets home to eat not eat at 10pm For that I wouldn't coo cause he could cook his own

My FH has been playing every night when he gets home from work ever since Battlefield 3 came out. He used to play Call of Duty too. It doesn't bother me since I'm usually asleep or doing homework when he plays. I do get annoyed sometimes though when he gets really into it & starts yelling profanities lol.

My fh is playing battlefield as we speak lol but he also plays call of duty which cracks me up when he plays bc he gets soo mad and flips out and go wild at the games lol

My fh plays all the time he has lol unless were doing something together but i consider that our time to our selves lol

Now he calmed down. Now he plas when am sleeping or why am online here checking stuff for our wedding. Those 2 weeks I felt like I was just room mating instead of having a partner not to just release my stress but someone to talk to. I felt like he was having a relationship with his PS3 and his friends. FBIL don't have kids and 1 of his friends does have but his girl is a gamer too so she don't mind. I mind cause I would like to tal a shower or shave in peace. Or clean calmly. I had to sit down and explain I do get stressed out. He said I never show it. When I cll him and tell him what my son does its stress and i have no one to talk to to release it and for 2 weeks it was just building up so I just exploded and had to leave for fresh air and go to my mothers house to talk.

@ Princess- I understand how you would feel! I know it's tough being a stay at home mom. My sister had a baby at 15 so since she was still in school my mom ended up taking care of her baby and since I still live with my parents I see how hard it is. I always try to help her out as much as possible.

@ Casey E- He has been playing all day since it came out! He curses up a storm while playing. He plays it on his computer and the computer is right next to our bed so it's not easy for me to sleep while he is playing. lol. I can barley hear the TV.

It is the opposite here. I'm the gamer here. I primarily play WoW these days but I am a fan of Half Life 1& 2, Counterstrike, Ghost Recon, Battlefield, just to name a few. My DH mainly plays FB games.

My FH used to play WoW about 2-3 years ago. I think I heard him mention Counterstrike before.
